Develop your income by becoming an Independent Representative for Adam Marshall Land & Auction.  In this role, you’ll work with farmers, ranchers, and businesses helping them list & sell their equipment in a timely manner through our safe, transparent & effective online auctions.

What you’ll be doing?

As an Independent Sales Representative, you’ll have an excellent opportunity to generate income and create your own success. In this role, you’ll establish business relationships with local individuals within your territory. We’ll provide you with the proper procedures and guidelines to be successful. From meeting with clients, to pictures & following up.

Independent Sales Representatives control their success:

  • Educate prospective customers on the buying and selling process
  • Encourage prospects to sell equipment within our easy to use online auction environment
  • Create quality equipment listings
  • Work with our owner & marketing team to assure a first-class experience for sellers
  • Market equipment through flyers & generating word of mouth
  • Set sales goals to ensure growth and success

We are hiring for our Front Desk Position. This is a fast paced position most days, greeting our customers, answering phones, and organizing keys, titles, and contracts. This is a full time Monday-Friday position from 8AM-4PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting Customers in person or over the phone, answering their questions and directing messages
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and coworkers while maintnaing a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude
  • Organization of documents, files, titles and keys
  • Effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized space in the front office and kitchen area

We are hiring for our Equipment Auction Catalog Assistant. This position will work directly with the auction managers for our Auction Yard auctions and State-Wide Equipment Auctions adding items to our bidding platform. This position will be based at our office This is a full time Monday-Friday position from 9AM-4PM. Sometimes longer hours are needing depending on our schedule.
