**ONLINE BIDDING CATALOG**

Terms: Cash or good check with state issued ID. Must register online for a bidding number. No items can be removed until settled for. Not responsible for accidents. Everything sells in as-is condition, no warranties. All items must be removed by March 25th. Anything left after March 25th is charged a $50 rental fee per day to be paid to the Phelps County Fairgrounds.  Load out 12-6 PM on Monday and 9-3 on Tuesday and by appointment after. No loaders after Wednesday the 20th. There is a $25 title transfer fee for titled items. Announcements made the day of the auction take precedence over prior advertising.
