Payment: The winning bidder will be required to make a $10,000 down payment required day of auction with the signing of a Adam Marshall Land & Auction, LLC purchase agreement. Certified or personal check accepted. The balance will be due at closing on May 9th, 2022
Possession: Full possession of the property will be given upon closing.
