Everything sells in as-is condition, no warranties. All items must be removed the day of the auction.Announcements made the day of the auction take precedence over prior advertising. Nebraska sales tax of 5.5% will be collected. If exempt, buyer will need to sign a form 13. 10% buyer premium applies . Example $100 bid = $110 purchase price.

Gun Terms: All gun buyers will need the day of the auction a valid state issued ID & Nebraska Concealed Carry Permit or Nebraska Firearm Purchase Permit
