Auction Terms & Conditions

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED TO REGISTER: We want to protect against fake bidders and underage persons bidding against you. Your credit card information is used to verify identity and address.

BUYER PREMIUM: No buyer premium for this auction.

PAYMENT: Cash or check accepted. Credit card allowed under $1,000 with 3% fee. Invoices over $1,000 will be required to pay cash or check. Auction Company will be at Weiss Farm February 7^th and can accept payment then. All invoices need paid in full by February 11^th. Please mail or make arrangements for payment.

Nebraska sales tax of 5.5% will be added to your invoice. If you are claiming an exemption from sales tax for Ag or Resale, please complete a Nebraska Form 13 unless the auction company has one on file.

All sales are final. Absolutely no refunds. You will be charged for the items you purchased, even if you do not pick them up.

PICKUP & SHIPPING: Please read carefully. Auction company will be at the Weiss Farm on February 7^th from 10AM-5PM. You can pay and pickup your items this day for convenience. There will be a rented telehandler on-hand this day only for loading.
All items at Weiss & Redfern Farms need to removed by February 26^th. No Exceptions.

STAGGERED CLOSING: Auction uses a soft close bidding feature to create a live auction atmosphere. Any bids placed within the last 3 will reset the clock on that item to 3 minutes. This will continue until there are no bids placed inside the last the minute of the item.

NONPAYING BIDDERS: We will ban you from participating in any of our online & live auctions indefinitely. IF DON’T INTEND ON FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH YOUR PURCHASE, DO NOT BID.

CONDITION: All items sell in as-is condition, no warranties expressed or implied. All sales are final.

CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the picture. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item, please bid accordingly. Please let us know if there is an error. All sales are final, no refunds.

TITLES: A $25.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS .
