Terms for Auction

The unit will be opened; Buyers will have 3-5 minutes to view the contents of the unit. Buyers will not be allowed to enter the unit or open any boxes. The auction will begin and sold to the highest bidder. If you buy a unit, you become the owner of that unit’s contents, and are responsible for those items. The buyer of a unit must remove ALL contents from the storage unit the day of the auction. Please bring your own pad lock. All units must be paid for the day of the auction and before any contents can be removed.

All items are sold as-is, where is, how is, in its present condition and with all faults. There are no warranties intended or implied. All sales are final; there are no refunds or returns. You must have a Buyer’s Number to Bid, State Issued ID is required. All units must be paid for the day of the auction. Acceptable payment is Cash or Credit Card – NO CHECKS. Sales Tax will be collected unless the buyer presents a Tax ID # for resale. 15% buyers premium added to all purchases. Auctioneer and seller are not responsible for accidents or theft. Announcements made the day of sale take precedence over prior advertisements.

Because we don’t know what could be inside the following terms apply:

Firearms: Will be turned in to Landell Thelen, Inc for investigation by the authorities. No firearms will be sold immediately upon discovery.

Alcohol: Purchaser must be 21 years of age or over and must sign an agreement that the alcohol is for personal use only and will not be resold.
